Good quality strap for doing my physio

Great look and the D links don’t let the strap slide out.Not so good is the quality of the strap itself. When gripping the strap it bends and twists which is expected, but it doesn’t open up once you’ve finished with it. You have to pull it out to flatten. The fabric could do with being a bit firmer.. but apart from that, it does its job.

It’s great it’s good and strong when l am doing Yoga really helps if you are beginner like me. I got friend one and she has been doing yoga for years.

As a tubby, inflexible, almost-40 year old, I've started to struggle with some lower back pain. A good friend recommended I get one of these straps and follow along with some basic yoga stretches. I was sceptical, but after a couple of weeks, my mind has been totally changed. I've travelled, twice, with these in my hand luggage, and have made sure to do some great stretching at my destination. The webbing and rings are phenomenally strong, and I can't imagine any way I could ever damage these. If you have a look on YouTube, there are a million videos showing you all sorts of wonderful stretches you can do, but I keep mine limited to just my back and hamstrings. I'd go so far as to say I can see a massive change in my flexibility in just a few weeks.

A wonderful equipment for doing yoga and it's most useful for beginners

Got the 1.85m version to help stretch my legs out a bit more at home, use a similar strap at the gym but needed something for home too. Really good quality. Strong material. Is the right length to help me move my legs straight up (I'm 6ft1). Excellent purchase, would recommend.
