Comes with everything you see
I was a bit scared when I saw some customers complaining about not receiving the hard cases but happily to say I got everything as shown in the photos and they work amazing.

Misleading Product Description - No Support
The scales don't come with the storage case shown - over a $200 set back if you intend to order it separately. Amazon was no help in trying to find a solution, and would not accept a return of the item. Just know that if you order this, you will be left on the hook trying to find your own case, and likely won't receive anything from Amazon as the seller. Otherwise the scales themselves work ok. The tablet is a bit laggy to open the app, and the scales take quite a while to settle out at the weight they are measuring. I'm not confident in how accurate they are either, as they often show different back to back weights, or flutter back and forth by 10lbs or more.

Deceiving pictures
Scales are great, Longacres scales are with out the best, but it does not come with the scale case as shown in the picture

Wireless scales. No more cord
Worked great just as my last corner Longacre scales have for the last 15 years. Now no cord to trip over.

No Support from Longacre
I bought these scales in November and finally set them up in June. Had one scale that would internittently drop out of sync with Bluetooth. Emailed Longacre support and still waiting for a response. Would love to return them but I am out of the return window. Right now I have some expensive aluminum pads that do nothing.
