Kalalou Wooden Printers Trays, One Size, Brown (NGN1005)

My grandmother had a printer tray on her kitchen wall as long as I could remember. I was never allowed to touch the items, but I would stare at her collections for hours as a kid. I inherited it when she passed and it is a treasure in my home! My kids and I have added to it through the years and I found myself needing more space. I found this one here on Amazon and it is perfect. I know there is some question as to whether these are actual unique antiques, or whether they are made to look as such. I say 1. they are authentic and 2. it doesn't matter! The one on the left in the photo was my grandmother's; the one on the right is the one I bought here from this seller. Everything about it looks exactly like my grandmother's: wood, aging, stain, etc etc. I had to nail a photo frame wire grommet on the back so it could be hung vertically, but it is so worth it.

This is not an antique. That advertising is false. It literally had a new "made in India" sticker on it. This item is also incredibly poor quality and arrived with FIVE broken shelves which re unusable because they are so shallow. This WAS NOT broken in shipping since the prices were not in the box. It was packaged well and it made of heavy wood but the production quality is awful!

This is EXACTLY what I wanted- buyer should be aware that these printer’s drawers are obviously antiques, which is why they’re a higher price. Beautiful, lightweight wood, and just the amount of distress that I wanted!

authentically antique, love everything about it except for the photo online had slots of various sizes and the one i received has only all the same size VERY TINY openings.

The first time I received my order, I got a completely different item. I got a wall sconce light. They accepted my return and sent me a replacement. But the replacement was very disappointing. There were a significant amount of compartments missing and the manufacturer didn’t help me at all when I tried reaching out for a replacement.

Had multiple broken shelves and rusty old nails sticking out. I got it for someone as a gift and decided if they liked it, I wouldn’t return it, so far it’s fine. It looks like these get returned a lot so if you want to try buying one, buy a pre-owned instead. The seller likely gets these made for pennies in India and resells them. It certainly looks that way. Poor quality through and through but at least it’s frame is solid wood.

I was anxious to get this, but it arrived not just with broken pieces rattling around in the box, it was also missing many of the slats which was obvious since there were marks where the previous slats would have gone. My hunch is that this item was returned once, if not several times before. It was junk to begin with, but it was also worn, looked used, not rustic, and had seen much better days.
