Item with damages from misuse like improper cleaning, accident, neglect, theft, commercial use, etc. is not eligible for replacement. Warranty does not cover parts as handles. For the wok and frying pans, we do not guarantee a non-stick performance level as it depends on users’ skills and proper usage. A replacement will not be made unless there is clear defect in the product. There will be no replacement for an item purchased outside of our store.

A hex key is supplied if I recall as well as an xtra handle.

Q: Does the bottom convex after many uses?

I've used mine about 10 times. No warping. It required very little heat.
