Magic Mesh2 in 1 Bug Zapper & Swatter- Rechargeable Electric Swatter & Night Zapping Lamp- Zapping Racket Kills Mosquitos, Flies, & Insects Outdoors or Indoors

So although I bought this in Oct of 2022. By the time I got it the gnats was gone. So I didn’t get to use it till this summer July of 2023. Well I was shocked that it still was fully charged for all them months without me putting it on the charger again. Well I took it to work with me to kill some gnats in my clients room. It worked fine. So I brought it everyday because now that it’s warm my client likes to be outside for hours at a time so there’s a lot of bees out there and I can’t be still when they come around me so I found out these work on bees too. I was having fun saving me and the residents at this place from getting stung especially the ones who said they were allergic to them also. Well, it was working fine until a few days ago. It’s no longer holding a charge and it’s like if it zap a bee it’s only stunning them and they fly right away. Or it’s like the bees are going right through the racket. It’s no longer working effectively. So now I’m back to see if there’s one that works better than the rest. For this is the second one I’ve bought. :(

Pro: Long battery life, easy to use, works greatCon: sometimes bugs get shocked and shake it off, and fly away. Wtf.I'm unsure why there are random waves of intruding flies and gnats that make it into the house. Everyone around here is suffering from it. There's no escape.This has helped greatly. Easily kills flies, gnats, and other bugs.

Called the customer service line as listed in their website, and they don't handle the bug zapper. The rep never heard of it. She was very polite, and indicated they are a third party customer service outfit dealing only with Magic Mesh screens.I then e-mailed Magic Mesh customer service. Their quick e-mail response was generic to any product, computer generated , suggesting to call Amazon. They want no part of this.So the product doesn't work, and Magic Mesh computer response says call Amazon. What a fraud!We're returning the product. Beware!

Works great to get those pesky bugs away! Only downfall was that I didn’t get the base which is kind of a bummer.

I didn't get a base. The Zapper kills flies and flying bugs like nothing I've used before

My only complaint is that this used to come with a stand and now it doesn’t. It works well.

This baby works great. The “stand up” ability is the best part, we are able to set it up on the table while outside. The bug light feature is awesome. I leave it plugged in next to a window with the bug light on. I would recommend turning it off at night as the “pop” of bugs getting electrocuted might wake you or the dogs up. LOL

Great for eliminating these pesky flying insects…it pops to let you know it’s working would definitely recommend to others
