Like others, I could not get any seeds to germinate trying multiple times and ways

I still don’t plant this but I hope to get lots of jicamas when I do. I do like that it has a lot of seeds for a good price.

Jicama seeds are finicky not the sellers fault. Tried planted directly into soil but they all rotted, finally retried with the paper towel germination method & some have sprouted. They need light & humidity but too much humidity will cause them to grow fungus & rot. We'll see if these are actually Jicama as I've never grown them.

We planted most of the seeds starting them two different ways in soil and in moisten towels, in beautiful Florida sun and NO GERMINATION not a single one. A complete waste of money.

I planted these seeds out last year, got no germination whatsoever. I started these seeds indoors over a heat mat this year, got 15% germination rate. I'm in the PNW, I can accept failure of this product sown outside. On a heat mat indoors under grow lights 15% is not looking so great. One year old seed? you be the judge...

I’ve been good at growing some plants that some can grow, but for some reason I’ve had a heck of a time trying to grow these. I’ve watched videos on growing them, but can’t seem to get them going.

I've grown jicama for several years, and ordered these seeds to plant this year. Not one seed germinated with several attempts made, and twenty seeds used. I have never had any trouble at all with jicama seeds germinating until these. Would definitely NOT recommend these seeds to anyone.
