Modern Farmhouse ?Antique White Distressed Flush Mount Light Fixture 2-Light Wood Drum Semi Flush Mount Ceiling Light for Hallway Bedroom Kitchen Entryway Farmhouse

The design and dark base do not allow for a great deal of light to reflect downward and outward which is exactly what I wanted for my bedroom overhead lighting. Blends perfectly with my antique bed and dresser as well. I also like how great the old fashion style bulbs look in the fixture. Another plus was the real wood used to make the rings.If a bright overhead light source is what you need, then this is not the right fixture for you. Otherwise, it is a great addition to any rustic/antique/farmhouse decor.

I picked this light fixture as it was the closest to coordinating with my kitchen pendant (also pictured). To help with the match, I sprayed painted the frame with a hammered galvanized silver spray paint, so it now looks a bit more rustic than the original. Honestly, I like the contrast over the all white frame.Painting done, it was a breeze to install. The light bulbs I had are a bit bright for a small entryway, so I will be replacing them with something softer. This is my first step in converting the space from a blank corner, to an organized “mud room” style area, complete with cubbies, a bench with hooks and mirror, shelves and a closet. This light sets the tone for this new farmhouse entry. Overall, I’m pleased.

I have now replaced all the boob hallway lights with these. They are darling and totally go with my house decor.

The lamp looks nice, and works nicely with our decor. The instructions look like they were written by someone for whom English was about their sixth language: "Insert the wire into connecting and screw it up." So, I think I can figure it out--if I screw it up, I'll just be following the instructions.

Great quality. Super easy to install. I think this is a great fixture for lower ceilings as it looks a bit too small in our whisky room with high ceilings.

I love the simple design of these lights. They are clean and fit in well with the look I’m going for. They give off great light!
