Easy to use and clean!
The media could not be loaded. It is very easy to use and clean! I am over joyed with this product! After beating the meats with a hand held tenderizers, this one is so easy to just turn and almost no mess at all! Better than I really expected!

Good value and performs as advertised
I was accustomed to using a commercial cube steak machine that has blades on the rollers. But, this hand operated tenderizer does the job for a few pounds of meat at a time. I discovered that partially frozen meat works best, that the meat needs to be sliced no thicker than a half inch in order to feed through the rollers properly, and spraying the rollers with some non-stick vegetable oil helps keep the meat from sticking to the rollers. All in all, I'm happy with the purchase.

Almost
Base doesn't hold onto counters very well. Would do better with thin or plywood.Meat to be tenderized needs to be cut thin... probably 3/8 inch maximum. Experiment before cutting up a lot of meat.Once inserted it is squeezed and tenderized to the extreme .

Instructions please
Even though it seems self explanatory to assemble, I was expecting some type of instructions as well as suggestions and recipes to complement the grinder. This is my first time purchasing this type of product, being able to use it effectively is what I would like to do.

Don’t Buy
What a complete waste of money. The only thing that could fit in it would be a cutlet and how much tenderizing does a cutlet really need? The opening where the meat would go is so narrow and then going through the rollers just would tear up the meat. I tried several different types of meat and thicknesses. I eventually tried chicken tenders which were thin but going through the grindersgot stick and then got shredded. I just ended up and bought an tenderizer hammer-like.
