Better than mine!

I use this -- for the most part -- instead of bread. I am Bi-Coastal and I keep these in the freezer both home in NYC and out West. I will have one or two a day and that is it for bread products. Two is 120 calories. You can use them to wrap anything you like. If you want some tensile strength just leave one on the counter for a while before using. This has cache. Who wouldn't want a crepe as a sort of ultimate gourmet taco? Not knockin' tacos or bread, but if you are a minimalist like me you want few things that are great. These take up no room. You can order them in bulk. Among my uses -- to wrap concoctions I create and make a meal. YYou do not neeed much of a concocktion. Max two tablespoonfuls. To put melted cheeze on and wrap up and make a meal. To put a spoonful of icecream on and wrap up and make a treat. To put a bit of preserves on and roll up for my equivalent of a treat. And you know what? When you do not need any, they are still there, taking up little room and available whenever you get the urge. Bread substitute? Well, everyone needs bread. I still go out for breakfast in NYC and will have a Bialy. But before I used to do three bialy's worth of bread a day. I have cut that by more than half. As far as I know this is the only product like this. I am well satisfied. Class act from California.

I’ve been ordering these delicious crepes for years even after they increased shipping to their ridiculous current charges. My recent order of six packages of 10 crepes each was sent in a flimsy envelope. I have so far gone through two packages. Less than half of each package has been usable. Most of the crepes were smashed beyond use and are crumbs in the bottom of each bag. The picture is the condition of the “usable” crepes. I’m afraid to order from them again. One would think paying $20 for shipping the product would be packed better. Very disappointing because these are my favorite crepes.

As the last bite vanishes, no regrets! Try draping a crepe over a face down bowl,Then put briefly in the microwave to crisp it.Use as a dessert bowl for berries and whipped yogurt with a little honey and a few crushed, toasted nuts on top. Yum. Easy

These are the worst!! Absolutely taste like cardboard. Don't waste your time or money. There's no refund

I looooove these things! Some people might complain that these are too thin, and not the typical crepe, which, I can understand- but I actually get them FOR their thinness. Their perfect to just throw on the flat skillet/pan, just enough to heat up (and make crispy, if desired) because, well, I do not use these for actual "crepe purposes." I actually use these for a little dessert I came up with.. So, for example, I'll throw the crepes on the skillet for maybe a couple minutes (don't spray nothing on the pan, just put the crepe directly on it)..allow the crepe to heat up- then I chop up a bunch of fruits, put them in a bowl with whipped cream and maybe drizzle some nutella, then once you take the crepe off the skillet, as it cools, it will become crispy- (MIND YOU, once crispy like this, it will break into a million pieces; it's extremely fragile and thin)! But again, this is why I like it, because I just take the crepe and break it up over the fruit bowl and it's a crunchy topping! It's so good! But! This is why I love it- It isn't too much like that of an ACTUAL crepe, though. Well, at least it is very thin and fragile so I am not sure what else people would try using it for besides using it to crumble over something.. which is a perfect topper for me and my dishes! :)

These crepes handle well, able to form them as we wished but the texture was somewhat dry. Good to use this product when you dont have time to make your own.
