The pattern is laid out for a block of the month program, but of course it can be completed in any way. The book has great photographs, and is a delightful read. The layout is wonderful, the most artistic pattern book I've ever seen!

This pattern is going to make a gorgeous quilt!

I have had this pattern for over a month. I would walk by it and look through the book and put it down - many times. I was afraid of starting it. Finally, this week I was determined to at least start the quilt. I have made quilts for 30 years and I have to say this are the easiest instructions I have come across. It goes together perfectly and quickly. I have sewn into the night pass midnight several nights because I was anxious to see what the next block was like! It is so much fun. Please buy this book (the whole book is this one pattern) and try it. The instructions are very clear, no guessing and colorful which helps with the placement of fabric pieces. I match colors as best as I can mostly from my stash of scraps so it is not going to be an expensive quilt. Hope you enjoy it as much as I am.
