Q: My manual lists part # srv7034-247 for the thermocouple. do you have a replacement for it ?

That thermocouple is for the Mt Vernon AE insert and free standing pellet stoves. That thermocouple is stove specific and only uses that particular thermocouple. And you can find it on Amazon

If that is the same problem you had w/ the old Thermocouple then, no it's not the new thermocouple. If it stops feeding like you described I would try bypassing the high limit sensor...http://www.pelletstovepro.com/2015/08/how-to-bypass-a-temperature-switch-on-a-pellet-stove/

Q: how to install thermocouple

Installing the thermocouple is actually pretty easy, just do the reverse of extracting the old one, but carefully note the location of the specific screws for the two electrical connectors. You'll feed the head of the thermocouple in from the back side of the stove into the firepit area, fastening it to the bracket and covering it with the ceramic head cover so that it juts over the actual fire pit. You have to have the ceramic cover, so buy one if you don't have one and make sure that it stays on the twisted head of the thermocouple at the bracket. Then simply fasten the two electrical connectors to the correct locations in the back and you're done!
