Ordered the product as recommended by dr. Used less than a month; therefore, not able to establish as to whether months of use would have changed things because I’m sure longetivity would increase positive results. I encountered hormonal migraines, and although we were working toward a balance in that it caused increased headaches and unfavorable mood. Again, longevity is probably key. Product itself, no complaints. Would use brand again.
