I add 3 tsp of instant to a touch of water, then on heat setting add milk, then a high foam setting to finish in my to go cup. Great foam and perfect hot temp. Swish with water to rinse out clean. Very happy delish coffee

Why did you choose this product over others?:Great! Works really well. Thin foam, thick foam or even cold foam. It also just heats milk. Be sure to stick to the measre marks inside. Sooo easy to clean - just rinse then wipe out with kitchen towel. The tiny wisk in the base lifts out. It's great for 2 people on minimum. Really happy with it as the price is excellent.

Seems to work as expected but a needless sticker on the lid refuses to be removed entirely and has left a large grubby mark. Used all the usual, recommended stuff to sort it but to no avail. Disappointing as otherwise looks quite a neat little appliance.

Why did you choose this product over others?:It just looked lovely with the white and wood. I got this for my son and he absolutely loves it. It looks sleek and expensive and the best part is it's very quiet whilst frothing the milk. It froths better than my Lavazza one so I've also just ordered myself one as my son will be taking his back to uni with him. It will match my white and wood coffee machine perfectly.

This is great and so easy to use. Makes excellent lattes when paired with espresso shots from my pod machine. I like to heat the full amount without foaming, then pour most of it onto the espresso and foam the remaining milk for about 10 seconds. It’s a real luxury and easy to clean. If making two coffees, make sure to properly wipe away the milk before making the second, or the milk will burn on the bottom.

My first specifically intended milk frotter. Very glad after a month use. Numerous previous reviews suggest it overspills but this is due to mistaken misuse. The milk is intended to just slightly cover the whisk - any quantity beyound the intended first mark (the closest one to the bottom) will cause overspill.I’m mixing boiled water from the kettle with chocolate powder to use the setting up to second mark and separately foaming fridge milk (semi-skimmed) to top up the portion in the mug. At the end if the day after several uses I’m using tap water to roughly clean the machine and whatever chocolate has stuck to the bottom, looking burnt, I’m removing it manually with small bottle cleaner (shaped as a green bean).The chocolate maker is like a regular cordless electric kettle on a base, which should not be dipped in water or thrown in a dishwasher. Cleaning/wiping by hand is no specific issue. Temperature of the milk foam is indeed lukewarm, nothing close to boiling degrees. I complement my hot drinks with chocolate powder and Baileys syrup to add layers of flavor but so far hasn’t used the machine for milk warming (third setting of highest liquid quantity).Touch button is easy to figure out and to manipulate. Cap completely unnecessary. Before the frotter I was making hot chocolate in a convenient USB-charged self stirring mug and it was a quick process but had no pleasure to it. Now with the new device I get excited by the series of operations and often prepare drinks without much need just out of desire to use the frotter.Chocolate powder and syrup were both added as a result of choosing electrical frotter over the self stirring mug. Design is too up to my taste - goes excellent with my Nordic style cordless kettle, which is also white with bamboo imitating base and handle.

Works lovely, however 65 degrees is not hot enough for drinks

Got this to replace my broken Nespresso milk frother. It froths like a dream! It’s quiet. My only gripe is that it takes a while but it is the perfect texture for my Nespresso coffee so I’m not fussed as my Nespresso one is over £100 now. I love it and matches all my other kitchen appliances. 100% recommend.
