Sharp looking face.
The most I like about the Seiko Kinetic is the over all looks of the watch which is very nice. Also like the button to push at the two o'clock position to glance at how much power is stored. It didn't take me long at all to have more than seven days stored. The least I liked, when received, was the stiff padded like leather watch strap so I changed it to a softer black leather Speidel watch strap.

classy, large scale watch
easy to read. it’s a big watch. As a fan of vintage watches, the oversized scale of the new watches has been a process for me to adjust to. but it’s a beautiful and nicely detailed watch. i will enjoy wearing it . I like the vintage look with an up to date scale.

A handsome watch and a great value
I have found Seiko Kinetics to be excellent watches and this one is perhaps the most handsome one I have had yet. Great watch and a great value.

a legitimate Seikowatch for the Australian market
Edit, 1 year on: I've observed this watch simply stop or lose hours 4 times now. At first I told myself that a thread from my jacket was pulling the pin and it was mysteriously pushed back in. But I've now seen it happen when I didn't have a jacket on, found the pin still in, the time wrong, the date wrong, and the day of the week wrong. There's something mechanically wrong with this watch, it's as if the adjustment pin can impact the movement even when it's not been pulled out by a full click.I do still think it's a legitimate Seiko product, and I suspect this is just the new low that Seiko has pushed their products to. My previous Seiko died because I stored it in a drawer (it was solar powered), the one before it was great but the band broke and Seiko couldn't replace the band.Original review (5 stars):This is an SRN073P, a legitimate Seiko watch for the Australian market. It meets my expectations for a Seiko and more specifically a kinetic Seiko. I received mine with between 1 month and 6 months of charge on the battery, so it was all ready to use and the battery wasn't stored dead.I'd say the discount makes up for the lack of a Seiko warranty. In my experience, Seiko doesn't fix anything they just send you a new watch. I'd rather just skip the warranty and get a discount on the price.
