Very nice watch

Nice looking. Just what I wanted. The wood was split so they sent a replacement. Cheaply made though. The stem wiggles like its barely attatched. Its accurate but the spring is flimsey. You have to wind it twice a day.

I've been a watch collector for years. When I saw this item on Amazon, I thought it was pretty. I was totally unprepared for how stunningly beautiful it actually is! The quality of the watch is obvious upon examination, the winding action is smooth and easy. Easily my new favorite piece!

The ONLY thing that keeps it from getting a full five stars is that each full wind only lasts for eight hours. It would be nice to be able to wind it for 12. Other than that, this watch is perfect. The wooden back means that if it gets bonked or bashed while lifting heavy boxes and crates, it doesn't get scratched or damaged. I can pull it out and look at it when needed instead of it being on my arm, banging into things all the time. And it looks awesome. I've yet to check the time without someone going "ooohhhhh!" over it. :D And...when it stops, I just wind it. No darned battery hunting.

My pocket watch arrived today. It's as handsome in my hand as it was in its pictures. Feels solid. Weighted well. The chain is obviously cheap, and it’s replacement is arriving soon. Can't speak to its accuracy, but I don't expect that to be an issue.5-21-21Regretfully, I have to add to my previous comment that my pocket watch has quit working. Lasted about 5 months. I must advise that you by pass this product and invest in a better one.
