The product is really great . The build quality is good and the material is quite strong.But the knob is just medium grade plastic and the colour is different from the picture, mine has an orange knob. But when I put it at 40 kg i could hear some noises coming from the spring ,it did not make any sound first ,but now i always keep hearing those sounds.Other than that it is great.The rubber grip is of good quality and i loved it.I just got the product today and hopefully it won't rust or break soon.I think this adjustable one is very much better than the normal one.With this we can gradually increase the pressure easily.The product is very good especially for people with big hands like mine .I loved it .I highly recommend this product to the beginners .Great product at 195 Rs.And the delivery was super fast ,I got it in just 2 days.

I have bought a couple of simpler grips before, and was hesitant about buying anything with more moving parts than strictly necessary. But the Aurion handgrip has proved to be a great health investment. I have used it regularly for more than a month (mostly when reading a book or lying around watching TV), and it shows no sign of wear and tear. And it really helps my wrist and forearms. The trick is to always keep it handy, and use it whenever your hands are lying idle, so that it becomes a habit. It does not improve your grip while lying on a shelf.Update: I have been using the Aurion Handgrip for more than five months now, and it's still in one piece and working just fine. Let me add to some of the other comments on this page: Handgrips do not increase your wrist size. Actually, there aren't many muscles in your wrist (it's mostly tendons and bones, I think) and the muscles in your forearm -- the extensors and flexors -- are farther back, towards the elbow. That's presumably where you will see the difference, if any. But grip strength is really important to health, and it is often a measure of your overall fitness and strength. "There is a direct correlation between grip strength of older people and their overall body strength." There is even a correlation between your grip strength and mental state. Besides, if you are working out otherwise, you will quickly realize that a number of exercises cannot be done well without good grip strength: deadlifts; pull ups; hanging leg-raises; shrugs; any kind of climbing; or any number of ball games. How far handgrips alone can improve your grip strength is a moot point, but the Aurion Handgrip would be a good place to start.Further update: after 13 months of regular use, the spring on the old handgrip snapped. I've just bought a new one, same brand. Costs less than Rs.200, so 13 months of sustained use isn't too bad. Hope this one lasts at least a year.

The gripper is eay to use . The Screw will take a total of 21.5 turns. Now I do not know if the resistance increase aritmeticaly or at some differnt rate of progression so some indication of 'turn-to-resistance' should have helped .Another help would be how use it better I.e sets @ resistance setting and holds ect Overall the pdt is good , the grip is really nice, not soft like nor hard like some the forms plastic..I hope this would last long I.e the steel spring has got a long fatigue life. Will update when the instrument wears out.Ohh I use to have the ones with FOAM GRIPS, they made a lot of springy sounds so could not use them in office, drew a lot of staring or smirking😉

Everything was fine but the metal ring that hold everything in its place broke while using very easily.......it just snapped like plastic..... product feels pretty well build but after ring snapped it feels like it was not strong enough from the starting and makers must know about it.....was very useful when it was not broken

I found this item I bought 6 years ago while cleaning my drawer. It brought back memories of using it during exams. For the past 7 days, I have been using it everyday in free time as a stress reliever and ofcource to remember my old times❤️.It's still working perfectly, just like it did 6 years ago. I'm giving it a 5-star review to thank the Brand for this great product and for bringing back my teenage memories.

Good to have for beginners. I will give 3 and half+ star to this grip. Using this grip from last 3 months till the date I am posting this review. Material is somewhat strong to handle pressure. Having rubber grip so fingers will not slip from the handle of the grip. After using a week it started making noise at the joint where it having friction. To reduce friction and noise I used oil for greasing for smoothness. There might be chances to getting break it at the joint because of the friction. Till date it is not broken. And using it 3 4 times a week. It might get break in 6 months on high pressure exercise if anyone person do it everyday with high pressure. It is good for beginners.

And these reviews really help in choosing the right thing for you.I too after after reading a few good comments about this product and decided to buy. Though some negative reviews are there too but I thought of going with this item.I ordered it from cloudtail and the item delivered is still the same. Almost 4 months have gone and it's still like a new one.Regarding the usability. It's a nice thing to keep in hand. It surely improves your hand grip and makes your wristand forearms stronger. I have seen change in me.Hope this helps.
