Maui JimHo'okipa Sport Sunglasses

Second pair of Maui Jims I've had. Lost the first pair. These are very nice , with very good lenses. Would definitely recommend buying!

I just bought another pair of Ho’okipa’s actually this will be my fourth pair of MJ sports. This time I bought the Blue lens. I really like the Blue lens. They keep things bright but at the same time not to much.I also like the Green lens. Maui HT. They are. Brighter and I still chose them over my rose lens. They Just always made things a little to dark.The blue lens seems to be just right for the color and brightness I like.Now as for MJ durability? They have None. That is why I have so many different pairs of MJ.( you would think I’d learn 7 pr.) but I still can’t find a brand that is as comfortable and clear. These will be my last pair of Sports if these scratch quick. I take real good care of my glasses and my Sports always seem to scratch. Now my MJ with glass lens are great about not scratching. But the plastic lens seem to scratch Or Crack easy.They told me on the phone that MJ glasses are not meant to be worn on top of head lol. That is why the lens crack at the nose screws.I really want to try another pair of Revo’s I have had them in the past and they seem to be as clear as MJ and I don’t remember them scratching and held up well. But for some reason I can’t seem to get away from MJ. Oh...... I sent a pair of $300.00 titanium’s back twice for cracked lens. They fixed them under warranty but the second time send me a letter telling me that they would not fix them again. So two year warranty is BS.

LOVE these sunglasses! Stylish, lightweight and great color. No big savings on price but the quality is still the same as if I purchased at Macys. Maui Jim Forever!

The lenses are superior and the fit is very comfortable. One of my favorite pair of sunglasses.

The sunglasses arrrived defective - the temples were obviosuly very crooked. Amazon insisted I work it out with Maui JIm. I live on an overseas military base so return shipping is a challenge. My wife hand-carried the sunglasses stateside and shipped them to the repair facility in Peoria. Maui Jim charged me $15 to repair their defective product. I've been wearing Maui Jim for decades. I can't imagine buying anything more from the company.

Okay....early review. Arrived FAST....like 2 hours fast!! First thing putting them on...they are light. They just feel like them will not come off your face no matter what. My last 10 yr old pair of Natives have brown lenses so these have a much different look. They seem brighter for sure, but more time outdoors will be the test.I was worried about getting a pair of knockoffs due to some of the reviews, but after doing a lot of research I believe they are the real deal. I would have liked to have purchased at a Sunglass Hut or similar but no place around me had this in stock. I'll still make sure they are authentic and for any reason they aren't...back they go. Gotta love Amazon return policy!! So far these are the bomb!

Maui Jim lenses are simply the bestThese are ultra light and fit great for me and I have a wider than average face but doesn't feel like bending them or any pressure on my temples or ears (other sunglasses do that and gives me headaches if wear them long)Excellent look to bootI got blue lenses for general purpose use and keeping eye out for a sale to get another pair or two with other lenses for variety and use for different applicationsBest sunglasses I've ever had

I love Maui Jim Sunglasses...have never been disappointed with their product. Very comfortable to wear and great sun protection for your eyes! What was a bit disturbing was the condition of the Maui Jim box when I received them. It had obviously been crushed and had been previously opened even though the bubble envelope was sealed.Is Amazon sending out items that have been previously returned? I will definitely buy from Maui Jim again, but not thru Amazon.
