These blades do seem to be sharper and last longer for what I do with them.
I work in a distribution center and use a DeWalt retractable folding knife to open boxes, cut pallet wrap and cardboard.If you read reviews about DeWalt retractable folding knives, you may see my review where I was a bonehead and did not realize that the knife I bought came with blades, because of how it was packaged and my lack of reading instructions.Although the Dewalt knife I bought had three blades in it's body, I didn't realize that and ordered this pack.In the meantime, I pulled a new blade from my Milwaukee Fastback, that I didn't feel was appropriate for the workplace due to how it flips open.I don't know the brand of the blade I pulled from the Milwaukee and used in the DeWalt while at work. But I used the blade until I felt it needed replacement and installed one of these blades (because I still did not realize that there were three blades stored in the body of the DeWalt).The blade from this pack, was definitely sharper and has lasted far longer. I've been using this blade for about 4 months and am just getting ready to flip it and use the other side. The other one lasted two months for both sides.I haven't tested this blade against the ones that my DeWalt knife came with yet. I'm assuming DeWalt sent these same blades with my folding retractable knife, but could be wrong.No regrets on the purchase.I do have regrets on not realizing my DeWalt knife came with three blades.But, in the end, now I have extras. Win/win.

Great product, but only came in 4 pieces instead of 5
Blades were still in the original packaging so I don't believe it was the seller's fault, but there were only 4 blades in this pack instead of 5. Seems like a problem at the DeWalt factory.Besides that, these blades are super sharp and hold an edge for a long time. Even though they're pricey, I almost exclusively use these blades now.

Super sharp and last forever
I knew they were going to last longer than normal blades but I didn't expect them to last as long as they do. I have a utility knife that sees light duty around the house. Opening boxes etc. I must've had the same blade in for six months. And when I replaced it, it still wasn't that bad. Compared to a normal blade, it works better, lasts longer and because of that, it probably doesn't end up costing much more either.
