Very surprised I like the quality of this head. AS Seen on TV doesn't guarantee it works. the head is large and the settings cover every choice I'd want. The real reason I ordered is because the handheld squirter works great for cleaning the walls. never saw a head with this feature and I love it.

Didn't laat
Diverter stopped working first time I used the handheld. Now came off the wall after 2 months. Holder for handheld not sticking.Fell off the wall. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Love the variety of settings... so easy to install
This was such an easy install and the variety of settings including the power wash option was actually better than I expected.

EASY TO INSTALL
Very happy with my 7" purchased ! Would recommend. I waited for product to be on sale.

No customer service.
No one answers the customer service phone number. No one responds to emails about product questions. The rotatable holder on the water diverter does not hold the hand shower in place behind the shower head when the water is turned off. With no one to answer my questions about this issue I came up with my own solution. Hope that you don't have any issues if you order one of thier products.
