This all plastic Item with whitish strobe light function is obviously not scale to the original prop, and seems overpriced, but is large enough to be immediately recognizable to fans. The labels are printed on the unit. This down-scaled flux capacitor is light weight, but not flimsy and is a novel item for the bookshelf for collectors not interested in building one or paying hundreds of dollars for a screen-accurate device. Grateful for fans of back to the future
Item was as described, including scale great for a back to the future fan no complaints. I only wish that instead of the lights always blinking. There was a way to just have the lights on or have a way to choose whether they are flashing or just on

The box design is great. The lights are too bright though. Rather than looking like energy flowing through the wires, it looks like really bright lightbulbs. So bright that I don't ever leave it on because it's annoying.

Fun item
Although I love it, it's pricey for a plastic box. I would've preferred that it was also battery operated, or be rechargeable, vs having to plug in USB port for use.

Really cool
I wanted to make my Class Car different. It is an '88... so why not. I purchased this gag ornament for my car. Some double sided Velro Tape and using a cell battery backup charger. This lights up really nice and grabs spectators at car shows.
