Decent quality and a good price
Decided to try this and see if it compares to the name brand - it's obviously not the same quality but it functions well and fits almost the same. The name brand cushions fit just fine.

Very nice quality, but be careful about sizing...
This product is very well made. I wear a medium Airfit F20 mask, but a LARGE headgear. The product listing does not specify the size of the headgear, but I went ahead and gave it a shot. Great magnets. Seems super durable. Added side padding is a nice touch. But...for my big ol' melon...the headgear is too small. I can get it on and thought, "Not a perfect fit, but it should do the trick!" Wrong. Lots of leaks because it is not properly fitted. Also wake up with nasty neck/headaches. If I had the large size, this would get a rating of 6 out of 5 stars. I am going to order the 2 pack of the large headgear that this seller also offers.

It’s ok, but will break after a bit.
Worked for a while. Feels cheap. Cheap alternative to official Resmed mask. Works if you’re in a pinch.Would rather buy the real thing.

Worst F20 Kit Out There!
Very disappointed with this product. First, this replacement kit does not even feel like the quality of the original F20 kit. Second, the hose to my CPAP kept falling off. For some reason it just does not connect well to this product. Finally, after only two weeks, the strap broke off from the mask. This is an inferior product and not worth the money. I’ve learned my lesson and will buy real F20 head gear from now on.
