Received an open boxed unit,paid for new,and was damaged
Can tell camera was opened and re boxed. It was also damaged,but paid for new. Was hoping to replace OE camera with an aftermarket that has better clarity at night then the OE.Returned for refund.

Perfect fit

Good picture but intermittent operation
This product had a good picture quality when it worked. Less than 1/3 of the time, you put the truck in reverse and black screen. Some times it would come on as you are backing up and some times not.

It works it's not Factory but it works
When I first put it in it was loose had to take it back out it's not the factory piece but it's closed is still works do you know

Camera works but the version is not what is pictures
I own a 2017 F250, the camera installed in the backup oem setup but instead of the wire connecting as shown in picture is is at a 45 degree angle. It still mounted and worked.

This camera is not what they say it is
The pin in the rear is totally different than OEM. The camera would not even fit in the mount correctly. Look elsewhere such as an actual FORD dealership.
