The thing about dates is one must know where they are grown. I’ve found living over seas a lot of other countries don’t use anything except nature to grow their produce. Even if it costs more I take quality over quantity. I know it’s safe. The only down side to these dates is they are 24grams of carbs. Serving size is too. If one has dietary restrictions cut them in half. Trying to stick to Mediterranean Diet for health reasons. Dates are a good replacement for seeets or pastries. One a day is enough. 🤙🏽
