This was a replacement door handle when I replaced the deadbolt with a keyless thumb print entry. This was extremely easy to install and made the entry door look updated. Functional and easy to open entry handle. This is an extremely good quality for a reasonable cost. Highly recommend this for a nice updated look.

When we purchased a new door we had to buy a new handle and this one looks perfect in front. It is classic and easy to install.

I purchased this door handle in December 2023 it is now February 2025 and the internal mechanism broke. I messaged the seller and they honored the lifetime warranty and sent me a replacement door handle within a few days. I was impressed with how well the after sales process was. Great customer service!

I did like the quality of the door handle, but it broke within the first 2 months of use and of course the return window is already closed, it only gave us 1 month to try. It’s look really nice but did not stay put together. It doesn’t fit tightly to our door either it is kind of lose. The lock part worked fine. It just quick opening from the inside and would basically lock us in the house and we would have to use our back door to go back outside. We took it all apart twice and it still will break after a few times of opening unfortunately. So now we will be having to go and buy another one when this one wasn’t even that cheap to begin with.

This is a very well constructed handle set. Finish is excellent, and build is very sturdy and robust.The only complaints I have are;1. the escutcheon / trim on the interior door handle is a bit small, so the pre existing round hole in the door is slightly visible at the edges along the square top and sides2. The interior handle needs to be turned while installing the screws to attach the inside and outside handles together. This is difficult to get the screws to line up with the holes, as the inside handle is spring loaded and is difficult to get everything aligned to start the screws.I have seen other reviewers complain about the inside handle only opening the door when turning it up, but mine opens when turning either up or down, so seems fine in my case.

I’m very happy with this set. I bought them for my mom’s house to replace the old doorknob that we lost the keys for and was loose. Just be aware that it does involve drilling for the bolt on the bottom of one of the handle sets. This was the only semi-difficult part of the installation simply because the door was hollow on the inside. It just took a few minutes to get the bolt through correctly. It included all necessary hardware but most of it wasn’t needed as it fit the hardware from the previous doorknob (which saved me a lot of time). Also keep in mind that this is NOT keyed. If using this for a front/back door you should ensure that you have a deadbolt as well. My mom is very happy with the look and installation.
