Floor Transition Strip Self Adhesive Carpet & Flooring Transitions Edging Trim Strip PVC Threshold Transitions Suitable for Threshold Height Less Than 5mm (6.56Ft, Black)

After a few reviews mentioned the transition not sticking well I added 3m tape to both sides of the strip. It is holding well on both the vinyl and linoleum in my RV.

I used this to put a protective edge on a carpet I cut to shape to fit in my camper. It is easy to work with, easy to cut, and looks fantastic. It's only been a couple days, but the adhesive seems really strong and sturdy. Plus it doesn't have that "chemical" smell to it.

Worked like it should. I had to tack it down at each end but it holds well. Saved money on getting it here.

worked as a great transition strip between carpet tile and flat vinyl flooring. It cut with a utility knife easily, then I layed it into place and slowly removed the strip covering the adhesive. It adhered well and I am pleased with the results. I would definetly purchase again.

I bought this for a doorway, transition. Clean the area, let it dry and adhered it. It wasn’t long before the ends on both sides started lifting so I put something heavy on each edge for hours hoping that would get it to adhere better. Didn’t work so I ended up Using gorilla glue on it. It looks great and serves a purpose, but was disappointed in the adhesive on the product.

My wife likes the way it looks and it finished the floor installation. I do recommend .

Concerning my purchase in December 2023 of "Floor Transition Strip Self Adhesive Carpet & Flooring Transitions Edging Trim Strip PVC Threshold Transitions Suitable for Threshold Height Less Than 5mm (20Ft, Wood Grain Light Brown-New)" - I may need to return this because of a flaw that does not protect the self-adhesive strip. Before packing/shipping by the manufacture/seller, it is wound up in a circle with the red sticky protector tape on the inside of the roll and not on the outside of the product as shown in the product's picture on Amazon. Because it is wound up on the inside, that has caused the red protective tape to be loose causing gaps and bubbles which leads to the self-adhesive strip to dry out and become less tacky. IF the product is wound in a circle with the red sticky protector tape on the outside (again as shown in the product's photo), it will keep the protective red tape tight and taut. This will give it a higher chance for the self-stick part to remain just that. Right now, it is not tacky at all, most likely caused by sections being open to air. Please fix and advise.

Durability, adhesion, ease of cutting

Se ve muy bien y fue muy fácil de instalar, la coloqué en Enero y hasta ahorita sigue bien.

Excellent product but the adhesive on the back is pretty useless. I put the product on with an alternate adhesive more suitable for the job. Otherwise, I’m very pleased.

Esta moldura flexible es ideal para instalar en los remates de piso vinilicos de 3 milimetros de espesor ya que se adapta muy bien, la calidad del material es buena el color es intenso además el material llega con cinta adhesiva para se instalado cuando la necesites. Antes de instalar es necesario limpiar con alcohol industrial para remover cualquier tipo de grasa o suciedad ya que si no esta limpio no se adhiere la cinta doble cada con la que viene la moldura.

Doesn’t stick, simple as that!
