I bought this for my sons' birthday party and they loved it! I was impressed with everything that came in this set. The balloon arch looked really nice and was easy to set up once the balloons were inflated. You do need to attach the cake topper to the sticks (it comes with the material to do so) and to string the banner on but it was all easy to set up. Some of the balloons were harder to inflate but we were able to get them to work. Overall impressed with this set! It was perfect for a little kid's birthday party.

Very impressed of the excellent quality of the product, so many items, very colorful, including all you need to hang and decorate, great price for all the items that you get, really loved it, decoration theme will be awesome.

The quality of the products in the packaging was perfect for the occasion and my son was happy, that’s what mattered the most.

It's not really worth $20 for some balloons and some printed paper, but I wanted tanks and this was about all I could find. I'd probably still recommend if you're looking for tank decorations.

So easy to put together and set up

My son was very happy with these decorations! I wasn't originally going to use the balloon arch, but ended up just making a small one and given that I had no idea what I was doing, it came out not too bad! Wish I didn't have to thread the string through the happy birthday banner, but that seems to he the case for most of the decorations I've ordered.

The two foil tank balloons were missing so we quickly ordered a replacement set of decorations and they were also missing from that set. There was not time to order a third but we did spend more money and were able to order a whole set of foil tank balloons that arrived on the day of the party. You do have to put everything together as others have noted and it’s basically printed paper but the quality is good and for the availability of the theme I was happy with what we received. Would have been 5 stars if either of the two sets we ordered had the 2 foil tank balloons that are clearly written in the description and shown in the pictures. If they no longer include them then they should adjust the advertising accordingly.

Yes, you have to put it all together - but for the price, everything that was included was well worth it and my 8 year old loved his party decor :-) It didn't take much time to assemble the banner, balloon garland, cupcake toppers or spiral decorations.
