This automatic wrist blood pressure monitor is wonderful. I have found this unit to be very accurate. I compared readings with another monitor and the numbers were almost exact. As a nurse I wanted a unit that was convenient, accurate and easy to use. As a bonus it has its own case. I would recommend it quickly. I did the research before I bought it. Thank you Amazon for having a great product to sell.

Nice unit that seems to be accurate. The unit or carton says nothing about FDA approval as indicated in the online description. Also, the instructions say nothing about the irregular heart beat monitor that is also mentioned in the online description so I can't tell how it works. Had the online description not mentioned these two items, my expectations would have been lower and I would have rated at a 5 star.

Crap don’t work
All this thing do is turn on I’m just getting a chance to use it and it doesn’t work. I had a small heart attack and need to take my blood pressure and this thing don’t work.

It's okay if you get help setting it up!
This item had very unclear set up directions. However, since it was the second one I ordered, I brought it to my local pharmacist, and she did it for me. I guess that every time I have to change batteries, I will have to do the same thing!
