ComfiTECH Elbow Ice Pack Wrap and Tennis Golfers Sleeve for Arm and Calf, Large

I just received the Cold Compression Elbow Sleeve by ComfiTECH yesterday, and I am happily wearing it as a type this review. It's comfortable and convenient so I don't have to manage it. It stays on my arm without falling off. I bought with the purpose of icing my tennis elbow issues. Before I was using frozen ice packs and and vegetables wrapped with a Ziploc bag and a towel. Now. there is NO need to do have any of those things because the compression sleeve snuggly stays around my arm. I'm hoping of using this sleeve daily for about the recommended 15-20 minutes time.The soft gel makes it possible to stay cool, and yet it feels flexible and comfortable, since it conforms to the elbow (just as long as you buy the correct size for yourself.)Given that I used to ice my elbow before and I felt like my elbow pain was improving, I'm hoping this should improve and help it to heal faster.Remember that in order to for any injury or soreness to heal...think RICE.Each of the components, Recovery, Ice, Compression and Elevate needs to happen to make the healing happen.

Comfortable fit, easy to use, and very cold at first but, does not stay cold very long… approximately 10 minutes. Wish the gel pack was a bit thicker.

Perfect for my husbands sprained elbow. He wears it 1x day for 15 minutes which is about how long it stays ice cold for.

Easy to keep on! Bought 3. Very cold at first. Warms up fast, but is all you really need to take care of your arm post workout.

I have bursitis in my elbow and needed something that would stay cold for at least 10 minutes. Purchased this as an alternative to an ice pack and have used it for 5 days. How do I use it? After wearing it on my elbow for 10 minutes, I immediately put it back in the freezer until the next day. My experience is that it stays cold for about 5 minutes, after which it is just cool. It is comfortable and stays snug on my elbow. I wish it stayed cold for longer.

Works great. When left in the freezer for a long time, it does get chilly! The first time I tried it, the cold was so much that it caused pain, so I took it off for about a minute to bring the temp up a bit. Now that I’m used to it, I just push through a moment or two of discomfort before the awesome chill starts bringing down the inflammation in my elbow. I really need to just stop using my arm for a while and let it heal but we’re still moving into our new home and my honey-do list keeps growing so this pack helping me get through.

Love this item!I have tennis elbow. And soaking in ice water is cumbersome and messy. A bag of ice is hard until it that's. The little jewel sits in the freezer in it own zip lock plastic bag to prevent it from smelling like freezer food, and is ready to use in approximately 2hrs. My elbow stays ice cold while I'm doing other things without having to keep it immobile. 2hr freezer time equates to 15-20mins treatment time. So every two hrs I slip this jewel on.
