Why did you pick this product vs others?:Trying to do a healthier choice of...everything and I've wanted to try the electrolyte mixes for a long while. After a little research, I selected the 20 package - sampler (but you are supposed to do 2 a day), and I've not been disappointed. It's only been 7 days, but there's a noticeable difference in my day. Sleep is the first thing I noticed that improved. Then, frequency of bathroom trips. I had kidney stones in February and was advised to really amp up my water intake. No mention of electrolytes from any of the ER staff, but I did most assuredly double my water intake. A smart friend mentioned electrolytes a while back and I finally remembered, and again, started researching. I mix these in a 20 oz container 1/2 filled with ice and filled the rest of the way with water. Add a packet, and shake it up. I let the ice melt a bit before I drink - the mix is really smooth -that's exactly the thing that will keep me drinking a product. As for grit on the bottom, absolutely there is a bit of settling if you let your drink sit there for a bit, and I do. Just close the top of the shaker bottle, mix it up and then no more grit. Why do people complain about something that is not really a problem? Just mix it up again. Great taste, smooth drinking, and I'm having positive results with only 7 days of use. I only wish they'd be able to make this a bit cheaper. I'm a writer, and I don't get an urge to dance and sing, but I do also notice I'm not getting that afternoon ugh-gotta take a break type slump. I do get up and walk outside as often as I can every 2 hours, and do other things while at home, I'm not glued to my desk, but I feel a little different somehow - like I'm able to focus. We'll see-I think a month would be a better test period. Maybe there's a discount for larger portions--I'll have to go back & check. Glad to have found this, will be ordering more. Pineapple is totally my favorite of the two flavors - passionfruit is good, but I like the pina colada taste better. No side effects noticed at all. Drinking water, getting better nutrition.

Product comes in small package. Taste in water is just ok, probably better in another beverage.Product has a very nice lemony smell.Product arrived but little packets had turned into concrete. This is likely due to inappropriate storage at high temperatures or a manufacturing defect. Easily remedied though, just take a hammer and lightly pound on the packet several times, as one strike is not enough to break up cement. There are 40 sticks in this packet so that is 40 hammer events. There is no amazon refund on this product and the seller is not responsive so its buyer beware.Ingredients are salt and potassium salts. Convenient way to get these.Exceptional colorful and bright packaging make the product attractive.Very timely delivery of the product.Important for world class athletics to take to maintain peak and optimal hydration and energy levels.Have not tried in other liquids but dissolves easily in water.Value for the money is ???

I got this for my husband too try- he gets major dehydrated at times & he doesn’t like this at all. Said it tastes bad.

I’m tired of paying the price for LMT and thought I’d try these out. I realized they are very different and can’t really be compared. These don’t have a heavy “salty” taste. You can still taste the salt, but it’s not as strong. I really like the blood orange flavor and the fact they are 0 sugar. They taste better if you use about 6 oz of water. There is no weird smell and they have some really nice flavors.
