Been taking coq10 for ages. At 400mg this is the strongest pill I have taken. Higher energy levels and less body pains.

I purchased this product because it has 400mg of coq10. The next highest dose available is 300mg. At first I couldn’t notice the benefits, that is until I stopped taking it. I noticed a weak pain around my chest. Once back on the pills the pain was gone. Coq10 is now part of my daily regimen and I continue to take it.

I have no idea if this works. But be sure to take with oil as it is soluble only in oil. I take mine with cod liver oil and black seed oil

I've taken 3 bottles of these capsules. Haven't noticed absolutely anything positive or negative on taking them.Started taking these to hopefully improve egg quality but have no way to know if these are helping or not, other than a pregnancy that didn't happen.
