I got this to replace a small container of watercolor brush soap I misplaced. I like the convenience of a liquid over the soap I had. A tiny bit of this cleaner goes a long way. It will leave a slight residue on glass, so rinse thoroughly.I had some watercolors that were kinda difficult to get out of a cheap plastic palette. This stuff cleaned it right out.It does have a slight odor but it’s fine so long as you wash your hands and rinse your stuff, after using.My brushes were clean and I did not notice any negative difference in their performance after using this product.There is value for the money because it doesn’t take much to thoroughly clean my watercolor brushes.

Good for the price I had a really dirty brush and it took about a half hr of soaking and wiping it before it was clean! But it does work!

When painting I have the habit of loading up my brushes with acrylic paint. An even though I rinse them thoroughly, I find that they dry slightly stiff at the heel. After either a quick swish or hour soak in this product, my brush is restored. I have also tried this on dried paint spots on my apron, and using a toothbrush the paint comes without any discoloration at all. Even tried on craft paint that got on my granddaughter's favorite t-shirt--it too, came out just fine! Have this product always on hand in a small jar, ready to work its wonders!!

I used this brush cleaner on several of my brushes. I'm not sure it worked very well (I kept my brushes submerged for 24 hours each), and what's more is that it severely damaged the handle of my brushes wherever the solution made contact with them. I would recommend using a very small amount of cleaner at a time, at a low enough level that it only makes contact with the bristles.

Bought to clean my daughter’s paint brushes. Soaked for 24hrs, non diluted. Not one bit of paint came off. This paint cleaner doesn’t work at all.
