Not sure it's wood or bamboo
It appears to be bamboo, not actual wood. With that said it is well made and took a laser engraving perfectly. Very happy with this purchase.

Beautiful box but hardware wasn’t the best
I ordered 4 of these and 2 of them had screws that broke off in the box. I couldn’t get the screws out but with a little glue it worked well enough. Otherwise they are beautiful boxes and fit our handmade wands in there perfectly.

Very nice Box
Exactly as described. It's the perfect size for what I needed. Very sturdy & well built. I love the lock/latch. Great choice. All around this is a winner. Recommended.

Painted it white, looks great.
Didn't use it for pencils, but it worked perfectly for what I used it for. ( Too complicated to explain)
