Easy Installation
It took me 1 hour to do the installation, it is been working awesome, great upgrade to my chevy silverado 2003.

Reliably activates lock from about 300' away
I used this to trap cats with a drop trap and 12 volt batter. It works very well and from a good distance. I have used it through wood doors and walls and also from inside a house. I haven't used it for its intended purpose on cars, but it activates the lock every time.

Frustrating but worth it!
The media could not be loaded. I recently installed a universal remote door lock system on my 1979 Corvette and am pleased to give it a solid 4-star review.The installation process was a bit frustrating, as the instructions were not as clear as I had hoped, and I had to make a few adjustments to fit the classic design of my Corvette. However, once I got past the initial setup hurdles, the system worked beautifully.The convenience of being able to lock and unlock my car remotely is a game-changer. The range is impressive, and the response time is quick. The remote itself feels sturdy and well-made, and I appreciate the added security it brings to my vehicle.Overall, despite the initial installation challenges, the universal remote door lock system has proven to be a worthwhile upgrade. It adds a modern touch of convenience to my classic car, making it a great investment for any car enthusiast looking to enhance their vehicle.

So worth it.
I have a 2002 Toyota Corolla with Manual locks and it was always pain to unlock the doors especially when you have people riding with you. Looked into getting something like this installed at a professional shop and they wanted $150 per door. So I figured for $30 bucks I'd give it a shot. It has been so worth it. Not super difficult to install if you are somewhat handy. Highly recommend.

Worth every penny. 1972 Pontiac LeMans
The media could not be loaded. Installed on my 1972 Pontiac LeMans. Even works with the factory electric trunk release.Wired it into the signal lights and the daytime running lights I added. I included a wiring diagram I used, depending on your skill you may want someone qualified to do the install as not to damage your electrical system.I laid out in the wiring diagram how to get it to work with a relay to unlock the trunk including a picture of a standard relay I also found on Amazon for just a few dollars.Additional, in the door screenshot, I include the approximate mounting location and guides to help locate the opener your typical GM 1970-1972.As the LeMans only has two doors, I cut 2 of the 4 openers out that were on their own leads.

Trunk function doesn’t work
I’m on my second unit. First was replaced by Amazon because the trunk pop wire(orange) wasn’t providing the dc- as wiring diagram shows. Second unit acts the same. As others stated I cut the short wires going to rear doors and ran my own. Range is great for remotes. The lock unlock works fine
