I gave these to my active young nieces and nephews, athletes all, for Christmas stocking stuffers! I'm hearing great reports as they buckle up their snow boots, ski boots, etc. and head out into winter weather.

I went on a 4 day hiking trip, hiking around 8 miles a day. I had to buy new hiking boots and did not get the chance to break them in before my trip. I decided to get this and it worked AMAZINGLY! I put just a small amount on my feet and I did not get even a slight irritation from the shoes the whole trip. The travel size is very small but I was able to make one pack last 2 or 3 days. I ended up sharing with some of the gals on the hike with me as the things they had brought to prevent blisters weren't working! It was definitely a blessing to me. I was nervous of getting blisters. I am ordering again as I am going on another week-long trip in just a couple weeks. Great product!!

Went on a 20 mile hike. Spread this all over both feet before the hike. Not one blister! Fantastic.

This is a clear gel that you squeeze out of these little packets. It looks like vaseline, but it's heavier. It works well, but I like the gel pads best.
