Fit is smaller than standard T-shirt sizes, but since you need it forCompression might as well go for the same size. However, not all Medium are medium!!!Won’t last very long. But, for the price it’s a good buy.I have reordered.

It’s a confusion that people used to buy comfortable cloth but it is meant to be compression cloth not some loose t shirt so buy a little smaller than your regular size, not too small thinking it will compress me more, may it compress more but sooner it will make you uncomfortable so better buy according to your need for it, like I use it for cycling, it keeps my upper body tight, at one place, no sudden movements, absorbs sweat very very well and keeps the outer loose t shirt sweat free, you need to wash it after every use as I smells bad once dries with sweat, just spoke in soap water for 5 minutes and with little hand soft rubbing you can rinse and clean it, it dries fast, but can not be wore for longer durations, and it is recommended to not to wear it for longer period.
