Love the shampoo and conditioner bars! My hair isn't greasy and weighed down. It lathered and really cleaned my hair, a bit of a striped dry kind of clean as bar soaps are known for. Harsher than liquid, but really effective. I like the conditioner too, it takes a lot, and I should have used a little more, but it coats your hair and your fingers can breeze through it without tangles. It's not waxy, it's silky. It feels like normal liquid conditioner and definitely fixes the dry feeling from the shampoo.When my hair dried it had volume, a little frizz on the ends because I probably went a little light on the conditioner- or rinsed it out too thoroughly. My fault not the product. But overall my hair feels normal and smells really nice even after a night of sleep. I was using Matrix Biolage hydra source products before trying this- a salon brand. My hair feels THE SAME with this product. I have fine long hair and I live in a cold climate with dry air. These soap bars are perfect! I think the rose smell is really strong, but not on your head- I mean it's not like I put on perfume (my hair smells delicately). I would love other smells with this same formula too.A side note, I have sensitivity to fruit acids used in beauty products, which is why I went for this. It was the only bar hair care product I could find with fruit or oatmeal (also an allergen for me). It's very mild for sensitive skin and didn't cause a rash or anything. For extra sensitive folks the fragrance might be too much, it is strong. But overall I couldn't be happier!

Solid shampoo and conditioner are great for travel but I've had better quality and the size is stingy.

The shampoo is really good and smells great, but, even though the, conditioner, is rated as excellent (by the maker) I think that the conditioner is really "lacking" when it comes to shine. My hair has no "luster" after using the conditioner that I am using a "leave-in-conditioner" to give my hair shine ... and, to cut down on static electricity when I blow-dry my hair.

I was skeptical that a bar could be as effective as bottled shampoo but I want to reduce my use of plastics and decided to give these a try. The shampoo bar lathered very well and smelled wonderful. The conditioner bar was very different from a bottled conditioner, but the card included with the set stated this was the case and said to use plenty of product, even on the roots. It didn't feel like much in my hair but I finger combed it through as directed before rinsing thoroughly. It works! My hair is silky soft and combed through easily. I plan to take these on vacation and wanted to try them first. I love them!

Shampoo bar is good & the scent is excellent but the conditioner bar - yeah, I've bought others that are true conditioner bars. I have long hair and getting them untangled is a chore which is why I am picking when it comes to conditioners. Unfortunately the scent for this one was not as strong either. Maybe I got a dud? Either way, I'll continue to buy previous brands that I know are good while I continue to try others.

Works well for me with thick medium length har. Travels much better than liquids No plastic container - a plus all around!

I don’t know if I will use this long enough to really know how it works on my hair. The rose scent is SO strong I can hardly stand it. It gives me a headache, and I’m not super sensitive ordinarily.

love the scent, the shampoo is great it lathers up nicely, however, the conditioner isn't so great, it's hard to get any product out of it, I rub it in my hair and in my hands and it takes a long time to get a little bit of product from the bar.
