I love this product am able to locate and killed the engine on my truck. Connection the GPS and kill switch is very difficult. It took me about four hours to do some research and look for ignition wire. The technician support was helpful but was still not easy. I tried to get alarm installer to install it but the price to get it installed was pricey. I wished that the hardwired was plug and play. The GPS is off about 50 feet and when vehicle is parked for a few days. The GPS will send text messages saying it out perimeter which that not true. My nephew decided to go for joy ride with my truck and I was receiving texts on engine is on, speeds , with location. I was able to kill the engine immediately. My nephew and friends were stranded. I received call from him 45 minutes later saying that he had emergency and needed the truck he was sorry but now the truck is stalled won’t start. Lol. Now , when I leave I disable it. I love this product. I wish the monthly subscription was cheaper with the same abilities . They do have cheaper plans but are limited to what you can do with the GPS. This is better then any alarm system plus a lot cheaper than vipers alarms. I haven’t seen car alarm that you can kill the engine immediately. This is better than Onstar because You will need a police officer to assist you with Onstar to recover your vehicle. This product you can recover you vehicle without any assistance.

We have a troubled son who has been stealing the car and driving around with his friends, often in dangerous areas, at all hours of the night. We had Spy Spot installed, and it's perfect. It makes it so the car won't start, and also gives us a backup method to track where the car is. My son was absolutely furious when we installed these on our cars, and he searched for the hardware to uninstall it but has not been able to find it. Exactly what we need. Customer service is good as well. We had a minor technical issue at one point and had to have it reset, and that was done in less than an hour. All in all, very happy with our purchase.

I bought the GPS tracker which is supposed to work with a kill switch to deactivate the car remotely via satellite. I also paid for a monthly membership to access this feature, but the system didn’t work as advertised. The car couldn’t be deactivated remotely, so the product didn’t work as expected.

Really works great. They also have great customer service.

Product works good literally saved my car from getting stolen 3 days after installing, how sometimes it does giving issues to activate switch on and I have to sit there for a while playing with it. Overall sent pick up

I got this for my husband because he let's people rent out his car online. He uses it when people don't bring the car back or are just riding around when they should be heading to drop off location. He can shut it off with his phone but the car won't be disabled til they shut the car off. The GPS is accurate but the only thing is that you can't see anything after 250 stops. I'm not sure if you have to upgrade it to see more. FOR THE PRICE IT IS GREAT AND DOES WHAT ITS SUPPOSED TO

Not only is Spy Spot tracking reliable, but it is conveniently available via both laptop and phone (with the app). The Spy Spot app is of high quality resembling Google Maps and gives consistent detailed hourly locations. The kill switch feature is important for our rental car business giving us a sense of security. When we had questions, the Spy Spot support staff was quick to respond. Overall great product. Highly recommended.
