There was a piece broken on this when we received The little peg on the right side was broke
The Paege on the right side was broken when we open the package it was not even in there

Poor quality
Comes in pieces that need to be assembled by inserting tabs into slots. They don't "Snap" or stay in place. Spent lots of time getting the assembly to stay together till I could apply large amounts of glue.

poor design
this does not work as advertised. It does not dip in as the other end hits the top of the trap and a mouse would be long gone before it would ever fall in.

I had trouble with the tilting portion getting stuck open, then one of the pivot points broke off a few months later.
