The tool may be a great tool but i think they shoud tell you ahead of time the shipper or were it is coming from becouse there is no way of finding out any info on the yt shipper they are very unreliable god only knows when you package will get to you they are terrible there is never any info not even with your tracling # Amozon shouldnt even deal witj them
