Laptop bundle is great! Reason for 3 stars: When I made this purchase, the listing said it was for a 256gb hard drive. When I received laptop, it was 128gb. Went back in & looked at listing & it showed 256g. I did a screen shot of the listing & contacted the seller. No response from seller AND listing was changed from 256gb to 128gb. I messaged again & stated I had a screen shot of original listing showing the 256gb. I THEN received a response. They lightly apologized & offered my $80 back. Not Ok!!! Contacted Amazon and after going through levels of authority, they gave me an additional $80 back and said they will take action against seller. Not sure what that will be, but extremely disappointed about being deceived.

I received my laptop about 2 months ago and have had a major problem with it randomly shutting down every day, sometimes multiple times a day. I have tried to contact the seller, yet I get no response. If you are going to sell an item make sure it actually works before sending it to people. Very disappointed as I was initially very excited for this purchase. I just want my money back or a replacement that actually works. Im more than happy to send back this laptop that doesn’t work properly but I can’t do that because the seller won’t get in contact with me.

I love my Microsoft pro 7. I like the size and that it has a keyboard and pen plus a cover for it. It is meeting all my expectations and more. I highly recommend it.

I ordered the Surface Pro on 1 July and it arrived a few days later. due to being busy taking care of my wife I did not use it much for a week or so. the stylus came with it and operated well for a short time, but within a couple weeks it has stopped working. I have no trouble shooting guide or instructions for accessing the battery to replace it or help number. I am not happy that I spent $1,300+ for this machine and it is not functioning after only a couple weeks. I have tried calling to speak to someone but without success. In retrospection, I would buy something else and from a local dealer where I could get help.

I bought this to replace my old clunky laptop and I was not disappointed! It’s super lightweight and portable. Plus the adjustable kickstand feature makes it easy to adjust screen angle no matter the setting. It works well for school work and using windows office while on the go. Battery life could be better though

Love this computer! It is amazing and compact with a long battery life, backlit keypad, plus you can use the cheaper mouse with - it will work. I also use the cheap adapter for extra USB devices. Great!

Very Portable, Love the fact that it is a Computer and a Tablet. Love the Face Recognition feature, don't have to type a Password in each time just to get in to use the computer! So lightweight, my other Lap Tops feel like they weigh a ton now compared to this new Surface 7! Pricing was decent, I did a lot of price checking before I purchased it, Cheaper to get the Keyboard and Surface Pen included when you purchase, buying them separate will cost you more in the long run.

El computador no prendió!! revise en youtube todas las opcipones y encontré que la "maniobra de resucitacion" lo hacia prender..(hacer masajes en la parte de atras al estilo de resucitar a una persona) No creí mucho el tema. Lo hice dos veces y a la segunda prendió. Duró una semana. A la semana ni volvio a prender. El computador está en Colombia, imposible devolverlo, tengo que esperar a ir a los estados unidos para lograr el cambio o la reparacion.Por lo que vi en youtube no es raro que esto de no prender (parece que prende pero la pantalla esta en negro) es muy repetitivo. Tengo otro igual de 3 años de uso y jamas le ha pasado.
