Was looking for a good water dental floss and comparing quite a few brands zeroed in on this product. It's a nice product and performs well. Has all the functions and accessories required for good oral hygiene. Removes food stuck between teeth easily. It's very easy to operate and I normally use the SOFT mode. The one thing I should have known was that it's made in China.

Worked well for about 4 months. One day it absolutely stopped working. Not charging nor is it turning on. Seems to be made of cheap quality materials. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to invest their money on this product or any other product from this brand.
