Just what we needed!
In fact, we should have ordered long ago. Does exactly what you want it to. Very substantial and seems like it will pass the test of time.

Doing its job so far
Installed this product approximately two months ago. It was one of the more expensive on the market, but I really liked the hikes and the fact that it could be cut to fit. It is keeping the rain from seeping under the garage door, mostly. The only problem is at the very end of the garage door Where it had to be cut to fit around the trim. Probably needs to be caulked with a flex seal caulk. It was easy to lay out flat and get ready to install. They sent to tubes of adhesive which was more than enough. Hopefully this will do the job for years to come.

Good quality product although challenging to install
The product is strong and durable and keeps water and debris from entering. The coiled shipping methodology causes the strip to be difficult to lay out flat. I used a heat gun to slowly get the coil to lay flat although the product has a memory so it wants to roll back up. Gluing the strip was a challenge as the strip kept popping off the glue surface. This is a combination of factors being the density of the strip and a glue that just is not tacky enough. The manufacturer can improve the product by adding softeners to the strip's formula so that it is more pliable and easier to work with. It needs to lay down easier. Secondly, the manufacturer should supply a glue that is much more tacky and sets more quickly.
