This worked great for recovering from surgery and keeping the swelling down. My only recommendation if you're buying is dont just leave it in the freezer for days. It will break open and the water beads will end up in your freezer. Otherwise works great!!

The only reason I can't give this 5 stars is because I hate the piece that goes under the nose.I love the soft side of the mask and the fact it comes with the extra two small eye ones is great. I keep the mask in a ziplock in the freezer for night treatments and the small ones in the fridge for quicker depending.The gel beads can be moved around pretty easily and it stays cold long enough for it to be about a 15-20 treatment from frozen to cool but not super cold. Can watch TV or read while wearing it.

Very useful mask . I keep it in the freezer for when I have a headache. It really helps to make the pain go away and to feel refreshed. It is excellent for dry eyes and sinus. It gives me almost immediate relieve. I just put it in the microwave for a few seconds. Be careful not to put more than the time suggested in the indications. It gets really inflated when its hot, You don't want it to burst.The fabric on the back is very very soft . It won't cause any trouble to your skin ( even if you have sensitive skin). The straps are comfortable and keeps the mask in place.The only reason I don't give it 5 starts is because it does not keep the temperature for a long time. It says it would last for at least 20 minutes, Not in my case. I have to reheat it before that. In my opinion it does not help with puffy eyes.Overall is a well made/ very good mask. I would recommend it.

I purchased this because I wanted to put ice packs on my face for migraines. I thought the mask with velcro would enable me to ice my face while doing other things. Unfortunately, the mask does not fit me well. the eye holes and nose part don't work for my face and my hair gets caught in the velcro. I had to return this. The only part that would work well are the small round gel pads that are supposed to go over the eye holes, but they don't work well enough that I would want to keep the whole product. I need to get something smaller without velcro strapping on the back.

It came with a seam not fully pressed shut, so beads were escaping the moment I took it out of the bag. It otherwise looked alright, thick but it wouldn't touch around the eyes. Most of these masks (none of them?) don't anyway, so the included eye patches are a great bonus and I didn't see other products with them included. Too bad it's such low quality and I couldn't use it.

It fits well and feels soft on the face. The elastic band goes tight enough to fit around my small head. The eyes are really wide which is great for cooling down morning eye poofyness. But it makes it a little difficult to see out of if you wear it around the house. I haven't tried the little eye patches yet.

Highly recommend. Great for puffy eyes and face, especially if sick or hungover.
