Unusable
It was a small dried up mound in the package, I put some water in there just in case that would save it, but it didn’t. Completely unusable.

Product is defective
I ordered this mask twice and both times it came the mask was rock hard and mostly dried up in the packaging. Very disappointing since it’s usually the only thing that consistently resets my skin. Not sure if they changed the formula or what, but definitely would not buy this product
