TEMCo Flat Ribbon Kanthal A1 Wire 0.8mm x 0.1mm 100 Ft Resistance A-1

The media could not be loaded.  The wire was just a little to thin but I might be able to double it up and rap32 or 36 gauge around it to make a good flat Clapton build.

Hard to wrap with it being very flimsy. Takes a while.

It's as advertised. Only problem is when dry firing coils, impurities in the metal are shown pretty clearly (small cracks) that I haven't noticed with other ribbon wire. That being said, it hasn't posed an issue in performance yet, so still worthy of 4/5 stars. As for the seller, ordered Monday arrived Thursday so definitely no complaints there.For the record, it's being used in an RSST genesis style atomizer. I haven't tried it in any of my others, but I could see an issue with using ribbon wire in some rebuildables. Just keep that in mind if you haven't used ribbon wire before.

Bought this for my husband and he's having much fun with it. We both thought it would be thicker but it's alright. Just have to go for a higher mm next time. We purchased this .8 X .1mm Kanthal A-1 annealed flat resistant wire 100 ft. I'd recommend getting 100 ft if you've never used it before so you don't waste a bunch trying to figure how to get the hang of making coils out of it. All in all its decent wire. Good Luck!

Shipping was a bit slower than I expected. After opening and starting to uncoil, the flat wire was tangled on the spool causing kinks and forcing me to lose several feet of the wire. Once this straighten out it worked ok. It's not a bad product if the winding on the spool was better.

Nicely spooled and clean ribbon wire. If your like me and enjoy the framed staple coils then you need this wire. I mess up quite often so it's great that the prices are very low. Vape on.

No more Flat Ribbon Wire from vapor shops for me. I'm getting it either from TEMCo on Amazon or direct from TEMCo from now on. The spool was perfectly wound (no kinks or overlaps), and I could see no blemishes in the wire.Performance is highly consistent and both the price and shipping time for the purchase exceeded my expectations.

If using 4 vape coils, it's so thin 2 work with & breaks & bends with slightest pressure. Doesn't last long. Have 2 change coil every 2-3 days compared 2 once every 2 weeks. Burns, then breaks.
