This was recommended by my orthopedic surgeon. He put me on several supplements for my leg when I broke my tibia been taking it ever since it’s real good.

As most people know NSAID's are NOT good for our body. I FINALLY have relief and don't have to worry about any toxicity.

This product is great. Having not read all the comments, etc. all I know is that it is an Ayurvedic anti-inflammatory and for me enhances the effect of ibuprofen--much less pain. The herbalist friend who told me about it suggested it again--I'd told her it was not working and she asked how much I was taking--I said one capsule a day and she said that was not enough. Now I'm taking two with two ibuprofen and am very happy. I also have told two other people and they are happy, too.

i got it because i read that it helps with pain. it didn't.

I think that the quality and the strength of of this is very very good.

Taking a cocktail of supplements to combat various ailments or not ( as influencers etc say I need). Using or trying to as natural pain relief for arthritis pain - been on two caps a day for week and half. Could say wether its working or not.Still have pain ?? Make of this review as you will - everyone body is different!All supplements take time for you body to get used to.
