Works great!
This thing works great! Very quick to shave the ice but very loud. It gets the job done. No regrets here.

Poorly Made in Part
Starting with the external frame- it was partially bent/cracked when it arrived. That was disappointing, but we tried to keep and use it anyway. In using it, while some/most of the crushed ice went into the bottom part, everything, crushed ice went on tip of the crusher portion and came out and all over when opened to add more ice. It was quite messy, and does not work for us.

If you’re looking for a finely chopped ice, this isn’t the one.
Works well but the “snow” is very coarse.

I PURCHASED THIS MACHINE FOR OUR CHURCH TO USE AT VBS AND IT WORKED GREAT. EASY TO USE AND MAKES SEVERAL AT ONE TIME.
