Replaced the cheapo round sheets I had purchased. They were difficult to clean and wanted to rust. This has worked well for everything I have used it for - reheat fries, pizza, strips or make nachos. Sturdy but not heavy. Bake or broil.

I've been using these nearly daily for several months now. I bought them for dual use purposes. Of course, I use them to cook pizza and other foods (like chicken fingers and fried). I also use them to cut meat on, because it's more sanitary than wood and plastic cutting boards. No matter what's on them, I can soak them, clean them easily with steel wool, and then wash them like a plate. Mine now have a bunch of marks on them from cutting and using steel wool, but this hasn't affected their performance in any way. If I were going to make from-scratch pizza, I'd use a layer of cornmeal to help prevent sticking - the frozen pizzas get stuck on them a little bit around the edges.

These are so much better than serving pizza on cutting boards or large plates. They look great and are easy to clean. If you have an outdoor oven get some!
