Expensive for poor quality silicone
I purchased this product in July of 2021. It took a few weeks to arrive. I have never used it and just took it out of the plastic today because I decided now is the time I would use. I ordered my pineapple fragrance in September and it finally arrived yesterday. I was excited that I could finally try to make my standalone pineapple candle with a fragrance of pineapples added. I'm disappointed now. I understand that rubber bands have to hold the side of the mold together during the curing process with certain molds. The problem here isn't the side, it's the split at the base. I have exceeded the return period so I guess I wasted $22 for one mold. Now I have to figure out how to rig this mold to work. If I get a good finished product after rigging it, it will be better for me to create my own 3D pineapple molds.
