My neck and shoulder muscles get ridiculously tense to the point of causing migraines.Bought this out of desperation trying to reach deep-in-there muscles at the base of my skull.It definitely reaches those muscles, but when your muscles are already so sore, weak, and tired, you have no way of getting any kind of meaningful work done on them with this.It can help a little bit, but it’s a bit awkward to use, takes a lot of strength, and the effects don’t last long, at least for me.I’ve tried a lot of massagers like this though, and this is one of the few I’d recommend at all. Just don’t expect anything miraculous.And of course, it only really works on the column of your neck. It’s not going to do anything for your shoulders, meaning that you likely won’t get any long term improvement because the tension in the neck often stems from tension in the shoulders.

This device was nice but it felt like the balls werent in the correct position to take care of any knots in the neck, I would spring for an electric shiatsu neck massager if you are looking for neck relief

THIS IS AMAZING!!! The pain relief is unreal. I frequently find myself getting headaches that I feel right behind my eyes, and this product has relieved soooo much pain! I use it on my neck, at the base of my skull and it works wonders!!!! I’ve tried a lot of at home remedies and so far this is the only thing that’s helped.I will note that this product was shown to be used on other parts of the body, but I didn’t particularly find those useful or easy to use. For example, I have pretty muscular thighs (5’2 female soccer player legs) and I don’t think I could use this on them continuously without it breaking, and the one time I tried it did not feel very good. I solely use this for relief of neck tension and headache pain.

My physical therapist recommended this item for neck & leg pain. It works GREAT! It feels like a pressure point massage.... just wish I could put 20 of these on my body at once!Very sturdy construction & works well for trigger point therapy.I highly recommend this product.
